Lisette Kawalric is something special. A surviving member of the old Grey Cadre. At the time of the fall, she was rookie working as a sidekick to Lazer Lady but away from the tower on an intelligence gathering mission the day of the Fall.

A great admirer of the Grey family, she fought in the post fall chaos war, quickly adopting a uniform in style of her idol. After the war was over and the city began to rebuild, she worked closely with the remaining city security forces to perform rapid response to major threats rather than the more regular patrols into afflicted sectors.

When the Justice Corps was founded, she was one of the first heroines approached for membership but believed the idea of heroines being beholden to, and economically controlled by, corporations was a dangerous betrayal of everything Matron Grey and the Cadre had stood for and imperiously declined.

As her political ally, the young sector mayor Hansen, rose on a corporate critical platform to city master mayor he offered, and she eagerly agreed to lead the city sponsored new heroine group she christened the Freedom Force as the true heirs to the old cadre.

Originally an idealistic and driven young women, 20 years of lonely labor and regret for not having been able to save her idols have turned her cold and elitist. Dedicated to her memory of the ideals of the Cadre she also derides the citizens for not honoring the sacrifices of her old teammates and their lack of deference and respect to the heroines that she remembers from her youth. Looking down upon heroines she does not feel live up to her lofty ideas she is nonetheless truly dedicated to the eradication any threat towards her city be they from within or without.

Eversor’s notes: Suggested experiment is to play on assumed inferiority complex compared to old Grey Cadre members. Power based on confidence? Increased confidence = LOWER power output?

Amirah Abboud was a celebrity in Spirit City even before her powers manifested. A genuine princess of one of the small middle-eastern states that got folded in to the Dubai Mega city, The relationship between Dubai and Spirit remained strong over the years and Amirah was sent to Spirit City to study and prepare her for her future as the wife of one of the cities leaders.

Amirah quickly became a fixture of high society in the city and made connections to both politician, celebrities, heroines, corporate executives and if rumors are correct, certain criminal elements all vying for the attention of the regal and charming, if cold and haughty, exotic princess.

When her powers manifested her father was quick to demand she returned home, now much more valuable then merely an asset for political or dynastic alliances, but having had the taste of fame and freedom of Spirit City and with the extra boost to her pride and ego that came with the meta abilities she ignored him and instead set out to establish herself as a heroine in her adopted home.

This might yet cause her and the city some diplomatic issues, but she quickly agreed to join the Freedom Force having become acquainted with Justicar through the Master Mayor, easily and haughtily rejecting the offer from the Justice Corps incensed that any heroine should be seem to be controlled by mere merchants.

A woman of true regal nature. Arrogant, cold and haughty, but also charming, kind and generous. She embodies the Noblesse Oblige attitude of both her station and the Freedom Force of how the citizens owe their allegiance and respect to their betters in return for protection and support. This attitude means that she has never become popular with the regular population as she cannot really connect with them, but also means she will fight tirelessly and endlessly for peace and security within her vision of heroic duty.

Eversor’s notes: Add enslavement and degradation to standard humiliation protocol. Powers based on arrogance or secret fantasies?

Katya Jackson is the daughter of the powerful and wealthy industrialist Jack Jackson and was raised in the lap of luxury deeply connected to politics and the Grey Cadre through her father’s donations to the heroine group.

Her powers manifested about a year before the Fall, but Jack used his connections to delay her testing, not wishing to lose his only child to the heroines’ life. Raised to care deeply about her civic duty as much as her family’s business, despite being only a young teen, in the chaos after the Fall, seeing the toll it took on the city and its populace Katya could not stand by and fought bravely alongside the remnants of the heroines that was not in the tower and the city’s security forces.

When stability had returned, she scaled down her heroic adventures to focus on her position her father’s company but still went on the occasional patrol though her real identity was, as a rarity amongst heroines, a closely guarded secret.

Katya, now senior VP of operations in Jackcom Corp, and her father was deeply allied with Mayors Hansen’s Master Mayor campaign and become both one of the major backers of the Freedom Force but also one of its founding members.

Katya is a kind and warmhearted woman under the cutthroat business and heroine persona. Probably the most traditional heroine amongst the Freedom Force she believes in justice, honor and protecting those that cant help themselves with little of the arrogant elitism that is rampant amongst the Force despite her upbringing and family society position. She truly believe in the ideals of the Force and would sacrifice her life for an innocent if needed.

Eversor’s notes: Good subject for phase 1 of Delta Base 1. Connection between natural inclinations and the difference between Red Line and Freedom Force.

Kashmala Rashid is the daughter of the long serving Grant sector mayor Rashid. An intelligent child and her father’s only daughter; Kashmala grew up spoiled and wanting for nothing but also instilled with a sense of civic duty from her father’s career.

Due to her father’s connections in politics and natural inclinations away from the corporate takeover of political influence; when her powers manifested, she joined the Freedom Force despite offers from Justice Corps.

During her career she several times crossed paths with Ninja Girl from the Justice Corps and despite an antagonistic beginning the two eventually mellowed and after an action fueled night of passion begun a relationship that saw Ninja Girl defect to the Force. The two now form an effective team working especially on infiltration and information gathering missions.

Kashmala has a natural bubbly and happy personality that clashes with that of her girlfriend, but it is perhaps those differences that attracted Yuki in the first place. She tries to suppress her more energetic nature however to fit in with the more reserved and elitist attitude of the Force but is one of the more beloved and popular members of the group not just for her heroics but also her attitude to the common man and other solo heroines in the city.

Eversor’s notes: Will “love” add or subtract from standard humiliation protocol? Worth an experiment.

Misty Grant was orphaned at a very early age, found alone in an abandoned apartment in the chaos of the Fall. Growing up in various orphanages she never really felt she belonged with anyone and or anywhere. There was early talk about how much she looked like Grey Cadres Battle Babe or perhaps more specifically her younger sister and sidekick Battle Sprite, but nothing concrete was ever found.

Despite this close eye was kept on Misty and when her powers manifested recruiters were already in place to make contact and she was soon recruited into the Freedom Force.

Having only been a member for less than 6 months she is eager to prove herself and become a famous heroine setting her name in the annals of the city by taking down an important villain.

Like her possible mother, Misty, while not stupid, is a bit of an airhead. Her over-exited and energetic nature and occasional carelessness on missions has landed her in hot water with the more staid and proud leadership of her group several times already, but for now she is just so happy to have a place to belong and be a superheroine fighting for truth, justice and all that jazz that she don’t really care.

Eversor’s notes: Hold off for now. Experiment Base Omicron 2 when time is right.
